Cynthia Harvey and Ronda Brunson retired from the Butte County Public Guardian/Public Administrator's office after 8 years of public service for Cynthia Harvey and 16 years of service for Ronda Brunson. Dealing with elder abuse issues, public conservatorships, public administrator cases, and trust matters, they found their passion for advocating for the most vulnerable of our citizens, and providing a service that was lacking in this area. Following retirement, they formed a partnership as ElderCare Solutions, and have enjoyed meeting the community needs ever since with conservatorships, trust management, probating estates, and general consulting and assistance to the older adults and their families.
Both Ronda and Cynthia have a background in public conservatorships, but also a background as paralegals with an emphasis in probate and conservatorship law. Since 1999 both have become general members of "PFAC" which is a statewide organization more commonly known as Professional Fiduciaries of Northern California. This organization not only provides continuing education for private fiduciaries, but also sets a standard of professional and ethical conduct, provides for legislation to set new and higher standards of licensing, and provides a network for resources and services that are beneficial to the client and their family. Both are California Certified Fiducaries and Registered Guardians, and licensed with the State of California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau as required by law. In addition, both are California Certified Fiduciaries and Registered Guardians.
Ronda Brunson & Cynthia Harvey offer more than 30 years experience in meeting the needs of older adults and their families.
