Just a note with special thank you and our graditude for your conservatorship of our cousins, Lucille and Ken. In the beginning we were truly confused as it seemed we had a situation which we found ourselves powerless to change. How fortunate we were that the court gave you the conservatorship. You worked so well with the family, most who lived too far to travel to be of any assistance. We are so grateful for your attitude that we were family, and at no time leaving us out of the loop. We made five trips to Chico in three years. After the first trip, we knew Lucille and Ken were in very good hands. You more than met their needs. When Ken needed a new recliner, you saw that he had one. You believed that they should be dressed each day in clothes rather than convalescent sweats. You remembered birthdays and anniversaries. To us, you had become an extention of the family. We could sleep at night knowing that Lucille and Ken were well taken care of and their needs and wants were well met. Then there was a very comfortable feeling about your handling of the estate and their finances. We never once felt uncomfortable with you two at the helm. Regarding conservatorship, we were certainly not informed of the elder abuse, until we received your first phone call. We should have been more aware that the elderly are easily taken advantage of by caretakers and other otherside influences. My own mother was in need of a conservatorship, but we just didn't know how quickly things could get out of hand. Protecting the elderly should be a high priority. So, we were more than pleased that both Ken and Lucille both liked and trusted you. There was never anything but praise of the job you did for them. Sincerely, Sharon Weir Dailey Newport Beach, CA |
Thank you very, very much for all of your wonderful help these past years. I wish I could be with you forever! Thank you always! Sincerely, Victoria Criste Cottonwood, CA |
Words could never express the profound gratitude we hold in our hearts for you. What a blessing you are to us and we will never forget your kindness at a time when we were so far from home. Faye Martz and Eric Dumpert Indiana |

I have found them to be kind, caring, and thoughtful in how they handle the clients who were also my patients, often in difficult circumstances having to mediate between warring relatives and in one case an imposter claiming to be the relative of a wealthy elderly man, when she was not. I have always found that their first concern is to protect the client, and help make choices that are never easy. Roy L. Bishop, M.D. Chico, CA |
I just want to send you my heartfelt thanks for taking such good care of my mother and seeing to her every need. I don't really know how I would have done this without you, your honesty, and integrity and your charges for her care was very satisfactory, and gave me peace of mind that my mom was being taken care of by the best. You are, in my opinion, God's angels taking care of the elderly and making sure that they are well taken care of and not mistreated in any way. I was updated on every aspect of er care and charges on a weekly basis, and appreciate your time and dedication. I feel that you went way above and beyond your duties for my mom, even helping to get her home ready for sale which you did an awesome job. May God truly bless you for taking your time to do this for me. Yours truly, Bennie Wilks Mt. Home, Arkansas |
Thank you for your help over the past two plus years in caring for my aunt. I do not know what I would have done without your able assistance and advice. Your reputation preceded you; you came recommended by a senior person at my aunt's bank branch as well as her attorney and staff. I have come to trust your advice and insight into the aging process and how to deal with a person with dementia. At every turn your advice has been on the mark. When changes were needed, you helped me through the process providing not only a timely analysis of the situation, but also a recommended course of action. I have found you to always be sensitive to mine as well as my aunt's needs and to her financial circumstances. Being over 200 miles away from my aunt, I have relied on your expertise, including recommending facilities, medical caregivers, as well as the day-to-day issues such as the need for new clothing. Your periodic visits to the facility have made my legal and family responsibilities to my aunt manageable. Your are my eyes and ears in caring for my aunt. Your billings for services rendered have been more than fair. Without both of your able assistance, I am sure I would be spending more time and money trying to care for my aunt while not achieving satisfactory results. I'm sure that you hear this from other people trying to care for friends and family but my success in this endeavor is directly attributable to your able support and advice. My fate is in your hands with respect to my aunt's care. As I've often told you, should you ever need a letter of reference, please include me on your list of very satisfied clients. Also, please feel free to use this note to your advantage in demonstrating the level of satisfaction you've achieved from me. Sincerely yours, Jack Nilsson San Jose, CA |
I would highly recommend both of them as professional individuals who work on behalf of their client's well being. Theresa Reinking Chico, CA |
Thank you both so much! Couldn't have asked for better service. We wouldn't have known where to begin. God bless you both. Sincerely, C. H. Malone Cottonwood, CA |
Thank you for saving my life. I would not be here today if it were not for you two lovely women. If I ever need your services again, I will surely get in touch with you. Love you both. Larry Pera Live Oak, CA |
ElderCare Solutions provided to our family in caring for our mother, Rose Sharp, during the period of 2003 to 2004. Cynthia Harvey and Ronda Brunson took over as conservators, attended family conferences at Riverside where my mother resided, and visited her periodically. Since my mother had income that barely paid for her residency, Cynthia and Ronda on several occasions purchased candy and other items with money out of their own pockets to help in trying to make my mother as comfortable as possible. They communicated readily with distant members of our family and softened the emotional strain on all of us here. If ever again we need such services as ElderCare provides, we would not hesitate in calling on them again. A. Zitlaw Chico, CA |

Thanks so very much for all your concern and care of Georgette. You seem to be a very kind and sensitive person. I am very happy and relieved that she has you as her conservator. I have appreciated our calls and long talks trying to solve Georgette's problems and to get her the best care possible, and more fun and happiness in her life. Yours truly, Carole Campbell |
